Welcome to Two Rock Aikido
Two Rock Dojo was founded in 1987 by Richard Strozzi-Heckler Sensei and is located just west of Petaluma on the site of Strozzi Institute. The dojo is on a 13-acre horse ranch in the beautiful rolling hills of Sonoma County.
We are affiliated with the California Aikido Association and train in Aiki principles with a sensibility of a martial context emphasizing taking Aikido training and principles into our everyday life.
Richard Strozzi-Heckler is President of Strozzi Institute, a Leadership Institute which includes Aikido principles in the context of its training. We encourage and look forward to visitors.
